Bentley Residences occupies 200 feet of Atlantic beachfront at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach — the barrier-island enclave nicknamed the "Florida Riviera" for its dense concentration of ultra-luxury oceanfront towers. Architecture & design

Rising 63 stories and roughly 749 feet, the tower is designed by Miami's Sieger Suarez Architects, the firm behind many of Sunny Isles' signature high-rises. Its diamond-quilted facade — echoing Bentley's iconic seat stitching — wraps floor-to-ceiling glass that opens to Atlantic and Intracoastal views. The building is a collaboration with Bentley Motors, extending the marque's design language from automobiles to architecture.

The 216 residences are defined by a feature found nowhere else in Miami: a private, in-unit multi-car sky garage reached by the patented Dezervator — a robotic car elevator that carries owners and their vehicles directly to their home. Interiors are furnished with the Bentley Home collection; select floor plans include private in-residence pools and outdoor summer kitchens on the balcony. Bentley Residences is developed by Dezer Development, the family firm led by Gil Dezer that pioneered branded oceanfront towers in Sunny Isles with the Porsche Design Tower and the Trump-branded towers.
