Cipriani Residences Miami rises at 1420 South Miami Avenue, at the quieter southern edge of Brickell — Miami's dense financial district, often called the "Wall Street of the South." The site sits within walking distance of the five-star Four Seasons and SLS Brickell, Brickell City Centre's shopping and dining, and the Metromover, while facing Biscayne Bay to the east. South Brickell offers a slightly more residential, tree-lined counterpoint to the towers of central Brickell, making it a favored address for owners who want the energy of the financial core without sitting directly inside it.
The 80-story glass tower is designed by Miami's own Arquitectonica under founder Bernardo Fort-Brescia, engineered by Thornton Tomasetti and built by Moss Construction. Topping off around 872 feet in mid-2026, it became the tallest residential building south of Manhattan, overtaking Panorama Tower. Interiors are by London-based studio 1508 London, known for restrained, material-rich luxury. The design language pairs floor-to-ceiling glass and deep terraces with the timeless Italian sensibility of the Cipriani brand.
The tower holds 397 one- to four-bedroom residences, culminating in the ultra-exclusive Canaletto Collection across the top 18 floors — 68 upper-floor homes including six penthouses. Standard residences range from roughly 1,123 to 3,495 square feet (about 104–325 m²). Homes feature 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, custom Italian kitchens with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, marble bathrooms with sculptural tubs, and deep private terraces framing views of Biscayne Bay and the Brickell skyline.
The defining amenity is a resident-only Cipriani restaurant and bar, delivering the brand's celebrated service without hotel crowds. Residents also enjoy a spa and wellness suite, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a resort-style pool deck, private dining, 24-hour valet and security, and concierge staff trained in the Cipriani hospitality tradition — the same DNA behind Cipriani venues worldwide.
Standard residences start around $1.7–$1.8 million, with the Canaletto Collection opening at $4.1 million; the first penthouse sold for $16.2 million (≈ $3,333 per square foot), setting a South Brickell benchmark. Buyers follow a staged deposit schedule (roughly 20% at contract, staged installments, 60% at closing). The project is backed by a record $600 million construction loan and topped off in mid-2026, with occupancy targeted for Summer 2027 (some sources cite 2028). More than 80% of residences were sold by July 2026.
Mast Capital, a Miami-based developer, partnered with equity partner Rockpoint and the Cipriani family — whose hospitality lineage stretches back to Harry's Bar in Venice in 1931 — to deliver the brand's first ground-up residential tower in the United States. Architecture by Arquitectonica and interiors by 1508 London complete a globally credentialed team.
For international buyers, Cipriani offers a globally recognized brand at an entry point well below Brickell's other branded towers (e.g., St. Regis from the mid-single-digit millions), while its penthouse tier competes with the market's finest. Branded residences in Miami have historically commanded a resale premium over non-branded comparables, and the project's early-launch pricing (~$1,000/sqft in 2022) rising to ~$1,514/sqft entry today demonstrates real pre-construction appreciation. Miami's no-state-income-tax environment, deep global connectivity, and the durability of the Cipriani name make it a flagship trophy address of the current cycle.
