Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using salesoffice.net (the “Site”), operated by Notte Global Inc. (“Notte Global,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

salesoffice.net is a multilingual real estate information and marketing platform operated by Notte Global Inc., an Illinois corporation located at 15 Douglas Ave, Elgin, IL 60120, USA, with a Türkiye office at Skyport Residence, No 151, Beylikdüzü, İstanbul. The Site presents pre-construction and other real estate projects in various international markets and connects prospective buyers with relevant properties, developers and licensed professionals.

2. What the Site is — and is not

This is the most important section. Please read it.

The Site provides general information about real estate projects for marketing and educational purposes. Information on the Site:

• Is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any property or security
• Does not constitute investment, financial, legal, tax or immigration advice
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any purchase or investment decision

Real estate purchases — particularly pre-construction and cross-border purchases — carry significant risk. Prices, availability, floor plans, delivery dates, amenities and financial projections are provided by developers and other sources, are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed by Notte Global. Renderings and images are artists' impressions and may differ from the finished property.

We do not guarantee any financial return, rental income, capital appreciation, residency outcome or visa approval. Any figures shown for yield, appreciation or cost are illustrative estimates only, not promises. Market trends and past performance do not guarantee future results.

Before making any decision, you should conduct your own due diligence and obtain independent advice from qualified, licensed professionals — including your own attorney, tax advisor and, where relevant, a licensed real estate broker and immigration lawyer.

3. Our role and any brokerage relationship

Notte Global provides marketing, information and referral services. Our role varies by project:

• On some projects we act, or arrange for a licensed professional to act, as your buyer's representative.
• On others we act as a sales and marketing channel for the developer.

In every case, where a transaction requires a licensed real estate broker, licensed brokerage services are provided by appropriately licensed professionals, who may be Notte Global's partners rather than Notte Global itself. Nothing on the Site creates a brokerage, agency or fiduciary relationship between you and Notte Global until a separate written agreement is signed. Any commissions or fees are governed by that separate agreement, not by these Terms. We will disclose our role on a given transaction when you engage with us on it.

4. Immigration and residency programs

Some content references residency-by-investment or citizenship-by-investment programs (such as Golden Visa or similar). Notte Global is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration advice. Program rules, eligibility, thresholds and timelines are set by governments and change frequently. We make no representation that any program will remain available or that any application will succeed. Immigration matters should be handled by a licensed immigration attorney.

5. Third-party information and links

The Site includes information about projects and developers we do not own or control, and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party information or the content of external sites. Inclusion of a project or a link is not an endorsement.

6. Your use of the Site

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when you contact us
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not scrape, copy, republish or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission
• Not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos and original content are owned by Notte Global or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Project data, images and materials supplied by developers remain the property of their respective owners. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that information on the Site is current or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Notte Global and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its content — including any real estate or investment decision. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Notte Global harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms. The “last updated” date shows the current version.
