Architecture & design

Designed by Deforma Studio, the 12-story boutique tower embraces an industrial-chic aesthetic — exposed brick, steel, and concrete — with framed "art façades" and high-performance impact-resistant glazing. The design draws on the industrial districts of Chicago and New York's SoHo, reinterpreted for Wynwood's raw-yet-refined character. Interiors by RADYCA deliberately move away from commodity design toward a boutique-hotel, "private members' club" feel, anchored by a $1 million curated photography collection and midcentury furnishings.

Residences & finishes

The Rider offers 152 fully furnished residences — studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, some with dens, half-baths, and lockout options — ranging from roughly 386 to 1,612 square feet (36–150 m²). Delivered turnkey, the residences merge rock-and-roll energy with refined finishes, aimed at buyers who want a design-forward, move-in-ready home or income property in one of Miami's most-visited neighborhoods.

Amenities & lifestyle

Amenities lean into the project's cultural concept: a rooftop pool, a nightclub, a golf simulator, a fitness center, and a wellness spa, alongside roughly 11,000 square feet of ground-floor and rooftop retail and food-and-beverage space. More than 50% of residences were pre-sold by early 2026, backed by a $90 million construction loan from Mexico's Banco Inbursa (late 2025). Construction went vertical around March 2026, with completion targeted for 2027. The project also accepts cryptocurrency transactions.

Developer, architect & brand

The Rider is a joint venture between Rilea Group — a veteran South Florida developer — and Ciprés, a new boutique-residential firm founded by Rilea president Diego Ojeda, who grew up with an "Easy Rider" poster on his wall and built the concept around music and the open road. Deforma Studio designed the building, RADYCA the interiors, Beauchamp Construction serves as general contractor, and Cervera Real Estate handles sales.
