Bugatti's U.S. Residential Debut: Luxury Condo in Miami's Brickell

Bugatti, Prosper, and Versluys Group launch a luxury condominium in Brickell, marking Bugatti's entry into the U.S. residential market.

In an exciting development for Miami's luxury real estate scene, Prosper Group and Belgium's Versluys Group have teamed up with French automaker Bugatti to introduce a branded residential tower in Brickell. This 60-story condominium at 66 Southwest 6th Street marks Bugatti's first venture into the U.S. residential market, following a previous project in Dubai.

According to Propmodo, the ambitious project is estimated to cost $650 million and will include 183 units, with four lavish penthouses. Brandon Haw Architecture is handling the design, while Yabu Pushelberg is responsible for the interiors, and Rhodium will provide hospitality services. The developers purchased the one-acre site along the Miami River for $50 million, which includes 300 feet of waterfront.

Sales are expected to launch in the first half of 2027. Jay Roberts from Prosper Group mentioned Miami's growing appeal as a financial and investment hub as a significant reason for choosing this location. Versluys Group CEO Bart Versluys highlighted the commitment to excellence shared by both the developers and Bugatti as the cornerstone of their collaboration.

Miami-Dade County is already known for its auto-branded condominiums from prestigious car brands like Bentley, Aston Martin, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and Pagani. These developments are designed to attract international buyers looking for exclusive and prestigious living environments. Brickell, with its prime waterfront locations, continues to be a central area for these luxury projects.

This new Bugatti development complements Miami's luxury real estate offerings, similar to other notable projects such as Cipriani Residences Miami and Mercedes-Benz Places Miami in Brickell. These projects highlight the neighborhood's allure for affluent buyers and its ongoing potential in the luxury market.
